I am really looking forward to attending the Myofascial Release course with MFR UK in London next weekend. This technique helps to alleviate chronic and acute pain and dysfunction by focussing on the network of connective tissue surrounding every bone, muscle and organ.

Had a fantastic team providing pre- and post-event massage using the great facilities at West Kent College.   We raised over £350 for the supported charities.

Had a productive day at CamExpo on Sunday 27th September. Attended workshops for assessing the neck and using myofascial techniques for plantar fasciitis. I look forward to incorporating these techniques into my practice in the near future!
