Soft Tissue Therapy

Soft Tissue Therapy is an umbrella term to describe a range of hands-on techniques for treating anyone with minor or chronic pain or injury. It promotes healing and reduces aches and pains, whether they be from the repetitive stresses of daily life, from injury, or from illness. It is suitable for anyone at any age who wants to live pain-free.
