Full payment for treatment is made in advance, at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled via your confirmation email (or via the therapist) up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. You won’t be able to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will need to pay the full treatment price.  

Cancelling

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will be fully reimbursed. The more notice the better, so that someone else can take the appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will need to pay the full treatment price.

No shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without giving the required 24 hours’ notice, you will need to pay the full treatment price.
