Proprioception Conference

I recently attended a Proprioception / Focus on Rehabilitation conference at Southampton FC.

This brought together six highly respected UK clinicians and rehabilitation specialists, including Jason Laird, Lead Physiotherapist in British Gymnastics.

It was an inspirational day and I am looking forward to putting what I learnt into practice, with particular regard to neck pain and the lower back.
